Schedule
Your Tuesday 18:00 class lives on your own site. Students see your schedule, not a booking tool's.

A student buys a drop-in or a class pack with a card. The money lands in your Stripe account, minus our 2.5%.

Only paid students receive a personal link and a reminder before class. A forwarded link admits no one.

Teach live
You see your students and correct them, in a room that carries your name. Nothing to install, phones included.

Replay
The class records itself into your library. You choose how long the replay stays available. Then it expires, the way a class ends.

You do not get a custom build. Every academy runs on the same well-kept platform, which is why it stays reliable.
If you need something the platform does not do yet, it goes on our build list, never on your launch date.

Founding cohort pricing · first five academies
One launch. One monthly fee. 2.5% of what you sell.
Founding academies help us prove the platform with real students. In return the price is a fraction of what it will be, and it is locked for as long as you stay.
Standard price €3,000 after the founding cohort
€99 a month + 2.5% of sales
€750 a month after the founding cohort. Stripe takes the card fee. We take 2.5%. Nothing else.
The price is locked. You are not.

We would rather you know exactly what works today than discover it after paying.
Working today
Your own address, under your name. You can upload classes of any size, and they play back on every device. Your Stripe account connects. Everything runs on EU servers.
Before the first paid student
Four things must still pass end to end: student checkout and access, the live room, replay expiry, and an independent security review. No academy takes a single euro of student money before they do. Money is the last thing we switch on.
If a gate is still open when you are ready, your launch moves, and you hear that from us at the start, not the week before.

Is this a custom software project?
No. Your academy is set up from the same platform every Saadhana academy runs on. You get a working teaching business and a named person accountable for it, not a bespoke build.
Who owns what?
You own your brand, your recordings, your student relationships and your business data, with exports whenever you want them. Saadhana owns and maintains the software it runs on.
Can I take real student payments today?
Not yet. Uploading, processing and playback work today. Payments, student access, live rooms and a security review must pass end to end before we invite real student money. Founding academies launch when those gates pass, not before.
What does it cost after the founding cohort?
Standard pricing is €3,000 to launch and €750 a month plus 2.5% of sales. The first five founding academies pay €500 and €99 a month plus 2.5%, locked for as long as they stay.
Why only five founding academies?
Because every academy launches with a person, not a queue, and five is what we can carry well. When they are taken, the standard price returns.
What happens if I leave?
You take your recordings, your student list and your business data with you. The hosted academy and the software stay with Saadhana.
